Enough is Enough – Diet Right Alright, let’s cut right to the chase. It’s a new year. It’s 2023. Let me ask you a question. Which diet are you trying THIS January? There’s a ton of them out there. Right, there’s the WW. We have intermittent fasting. We have Keto. We have Paleo. We have lots of things. Right? Lots of things.

You can try shakes if you want. Prepared meals if you want. Let me ask you, which one are YOU trying, and how frustrated are you going to be maybe 30 60 maybe even 90 days that it didn’t really work? You didn’t really stick to it. Maybe 5 lbs. came off, 6 lbs. came back. You’re sick of the whole thing. It’s time to do something whose main purpose is sustainability. What do I mean?
