Don’t Have Food Regrets

Don’t Have Food Regrets. Do you know what the word diet originated as? Diatta is the Greek word and Diatta means way of life. It does not mean, I’m going to eat only fruit or intermittent fast or only carbs or only vegetables or any kind of a diet plan. It actually means way of life.

I’m Debbie Harris. I’m co-owner of Maynestreet Weight Loss on the Connecticut shoreline, and I know that this time of year, as the holidays approach, the Winter holidays, people are suddenly thinking not about what they accomplished this year, but what they didn’t accomplish. And often it’s in the way of food. It’s in the way of weight, fitness, health. If you’re starting to think that way, first of all, stop. It’s not about feeling bad about things you didn’t do. Remember food is not inherently good or bad.

Food is food and nutrition is different for everyone. But I know that you’re thinking next year will be the year that I lose the weight that I get in shape, that I get off some of this medication. If you’re thinking that, I want you to reach out. You can put a comment where this video is. You can find us on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/maynestreetweightloss. You can go to our website, https://www.maynestreetweightloss.com/ Find me and we will help you make sure that next year when you come around to the holidays, you’re gonna say what one of my clients said to me last week.

I can’t believe how great it feels to be in control, and I am not looking for another January diet. Thanks and have a great holiday.
