A Diet with YOU in Mind

You know, lately we’ve been watching at night Agatha Christie after Agatha Christie after Agatha Christie. All of the mysteries on Amazon Prime, and I’ve been thinking lately that that’s kind of what I do with my clients. I kind of became a detective. Now, what do I mean a detective and who am I? 

Well, I’m Debbie Harris. I’m the co-owner of Maynestreet Weight Loss on the gorgeous Connecticut shoreline. We’re helping people get healthy, release weight, get off medications and just all around feel better. But here’s the thing, and I’m learning this more day by day. Everybody is different. 

The program works and it works for just about anybody. However, we have to tweak it sometimes to make it work for you because you’re not going to be the same as me and you’re not going to be the same as the next person. Now, why am I telling you all this? Simple, other programs don’t take that into consideration. 

If you’ve been on as many diets as I have, and many of our clients, there is no individuality, there is no daily accountability. There is no constant support. Everybody just follows the same thing, and frankly you’re given a list of instructions, maybe an APP, maybe a book, maybe a video and that’s it. You’re on your own.
