Down 6 lbs in 5 days.

“Down 6 lbs in 5 days. Not hungry.  I can follow this very easy. I had a hard time getting lunch in and now having the shake at lunch time is so much more doable. I’m not as stressed out either.  I always ate high protein thinking that was the only way for me to lose weight.  Never in a million years would I think to go in a more vegan direction.  Best decision ever.
