This was yesterday afternoon: I don’t have cravings, but I have Lindt truffles in a bag in my office for part of my nurse’s Christmas gifts, and I ALMOST opened one of the bags to eat one, which would lead to three or four. I didn’t because I removed myself from my office, went for a walk, had a big glass of cold water, and took a few deep breaths until I was calmer. Returned to my office and didn’t think of it again.
